Return Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if you need to return or exchange your item please review the following policies..

If you would like to return your item(s) you may return it to us for a refund less a 10% restocking fee and the cost of shipping.

All returns must be postmarked within 3 days after delivery and must be returned unused and in the original condition as well as in the original packaging.

You may also return your item(s) to us for a store credit in which you will receive the full sale price less the cost of shipping.

Please note: SALE items are final sale and cannot be returned

The following cannot be returned:

* Orders received that are not in the original condition in which they were shipped

*Items past 3 day delivery date or in store purchase 

*Black Friday, final sale and any promotional sale orders

To return your item(s) please begin the process by sending an email to hello@stayluggageracks.com for a return authorization. Once authorized, place the item securely in its original packaging and ship vis UPS or FED EX. We highly recommend making sure your package is insured as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
