We hope you are happy with your purchase but if you need to return or exchange your item please review the following policies..
I want to RETURN my item for a REFUND:
To return your item(s) please begin the process by sending an email to hello@stayluggageracks.com for a return authorization. Once authorized, place the item securely in its original packaging and ship vis UPS or FED EX. We highly recommend making sure your package is insured as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Once the item is received we will issue a refund less a 10% restocking fee to the original card used for payment.
All returns must be postmarked within 3 days after delivery and must be returned unused and in the original condition as well as in the original packaging.
I Want to Return my item for a STORE CREDIT:
You may also return your item(s) to us for a store credit in which you will receive the full sale price less the cost of shipping. Please follow the return authorization process noted above. After we receive your item we will issue you a digital gift card # via email.
I Want to EXCHANGE my item:
Prefer a different rack? No problem! Please follow the return process instructions above. Once we receive your item we will refund the amount to your original form of payment less a 10% re-stocking fee. You may then visit our website to purchase the replacement online via our website as a regular transaction.
EXCEPTIONS to EXCHANGES and RETURNS
The following CANNOT be returned:
* Orders received that are NOT in the original condition in which they were shipped to you
*Items past 3 day delivery date or in store purchase
*Black Friday, final sale and any promotional sale orders
